"You have to get moving -- no excuses!" he told the fitness mag, while sharing another big secret to weight loss: Sleep. "You're less likely to make it to that morning workout if you spent the night tossing and turning," Greene shared, "and lack of a good night's sleep can even cause you to gain weight."
